Improvements in the city's infrastructure are required to provide increased wastewater capacity to maintain and provide the high level of service for current and future residents and businesses.  

 

Sewer system upgrades are currently being designed and constructed from Scottsdale Road, just south of the Loop 101, in a southeasterly direction to Pima Road, just north of the CAP Canal.

Achen-Gardner has successfully completed the downstream portion of the project in accordance with the original schedule established at the project's outset. All disturbed areas (roadway, landscape, hardscape, irrigation, etc.) have been restored to their original or improved condition.
