Improvements in the city's infrastructure are required to provide increased wastewater capacity to maintain and provide the high level of service for current and future residents and businesses.  

 

Sewer system upgrades are currently being designed and constructed from Scottsdale Road, just south of the Loop 101, in a southeasterly direction to Pima Road, just north of the CAP Canal.

While most of the alignment is off the roadway or in undeveloped land, a portion of the sewer project is in Princess Drive, west of Hayden Road.

To expedite the schedule, these projects are being designed and constructed concurrently.
